One person killed in car attack on Golden Horn Bridge in Istanbul
Unknown assailants carried out an armed attack on a car on the Golden Horn Bridge in central Istanbul, resulting in the death of one person, IHA news agency reported.
“An armed attack on a car on the Golden Horn Bridge resulted in the death of one person,” the agency reported.
The identity of the deceased has not yet been established, nor has the identity of the attackers.
Police cordoned off the scene and blocked traffic on the bridge and the E5 highway toward the city of Edirne.
