Erdogan’s spokesman: We intend to promote the idea of local ceasefires in Ukraine
Turkey is proposing a new way of gradually settling the conflict in Ukraine, Turkish presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin said.
“Turkey intends to promote the idea of local truces and small local de-escalation measures,” he was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
Calyn also believes a full-scale peace agreement between Moscow and Kiev is unlikely in the coming months.
